We specialize in locating those exceptional individuals with rare technical skills in SAP, Java, Oracle, PeopleSoft, C++, CORBA , J2EE and other hardware, software and network applications. That often means canvassing the country and sometimes the world. Our headquarters are located in Oveido, Florida, just outside Orlando. However, we also have international offices in London, England and Dublin, Ireland.

Our Key People
Richard Merrigan is the founder and owner of Raretec Consulting and its international offices in the UK and Ireland. With over 25 years of experience of managing software consulting and recruitment businesses in the Europe, Richard started Raretec in the spring of 2001, after leaving Abraxas PLC after 20 years of service in 2001.
As the main board director responsible for Abraxas PLC's professional services growth throughout the 80's and 90's he was responsible for one of the most successful software recruitment business in Europe and the USA, with over 1,000 consultants in the field.
Key European accounts included: Inland Revenue, British Gas, British Telecom, Lloyd Bank, Ford Motor, The Bank of England, Alcatel, Nortel, and Glaxo Wellcome. Notable US accounts included Citibank, Siemens, Nortel, ATT, SAP and Qualcomm.
Richard is also the president and co-founder of CInergy International, a cutting-edge CI technology firm with offices in the UK and London.
As Raretec's Operations Manager, Gina Choez has been the backbone of the leadership team since Raretec's inception. She brings almost a decade of IT staffing experience to her position and has been instrumental in executing succession strategies during shifts in the industry.
Gina oversees many of Raretec's back-office and frontline functions to include: vendor selection, project implementation, client/candidate relations and retention issues. She ensures that the needs of Raretec's clients, consultants, candidates and staff are met and often exceeded.
