How do you qualify candidates?
We spend a great deal of time talking with candidates and people who know them, both personally and professionally. We will conduct technical and personality profiling when relevant. Lastly, we do extensive reference checks, and provide background and employment testing when appropriate.
Who interviews candidates?
Raretec conducts preliminary interviews to identify top candidates. We then recommend to you only best-fit applicants who meet all of the hiring criteria.
If the candidate is not local, how will interviews be handled?
In this situation, most interviews will be conducted via telephone. Whenever possible, we will arrange for in-person interviews between you and the qualified applicant.
