The ProfileXT assessment enables you to measure the top performers in each position within the organization. By assessing these top performers, a Job Match Pattern for each position that quantifies the abilities, personalities and interests of the top performers can be constructed.
The ProfileXT Placement Report is used for selection. It enables a candidate to be compared with the established Job Match Pattern. In each area that the candidate falls outside of the pattern, behaviorally oriented interview questions are generated. Additionally, a percentage match to the pattern appears on this report. The higher the percentage match, the better “fit” to the position.
